We've put a lot of work into making our pedals rugged and resilient, and offer a lifetime warranty to cover reasonable wear and tear as well as manufacturing defects. This is to be determined on a case by case basis at our discretion. Our pedals are designed such that mechanical parts with an inherently limited lifetime (e.g. jacks and footswitches) are user-replaceable and a replacement can be mailed free of charge. While we've taken extensive measures to protect our products from improper power sources, these can only go so far and any resulting damage is not covered (but can probably be repaired).
For issues that arise outside of warranty a repair might be possible. This all depends on the nature of the repair, and there will be a (reasonable) bench fee charged in addition to shipping.
We do not accept returns for any reason beyond issues covered by our warranty or damage during shipping. If for whatever reason you need to cancel your order prior to shipping we might be able to work something out.
